“The Feast: An Intimate Tempest” Opens This Week at CST!

Chicago Shakespeare Employs Puppets Again, antagonizing Equity Actors Local 113

opening Weds.January 18 – March 4, 2012

CST strikes out in new directions with masterminding/ co-creation by the endlessly inventive team of Jessica Thebus and Frank Maugeri. Additional designs by Andrea Everman (silhouettes), Jesse Mooney-Bullock (3D work) and Unsung Puppeteers backstage offer up “a menagerie of handcrafted puppets.” In pre-production since its original workshop sessions last Summer, this will be quite a show!

Script is by a “Wm. Shakespear” or something like that….Adrian Danzig (of 500 Clown) plays Caliban, reason enough to go even if you slept through high school English!
